#8 To Cheat or Not To Cheat

There is a story about about one guy, an attitude and a habitual word. He is quite an intellect and pleasant person. However, he is kind of pleasantly annoying in a way. His friends always make spasmodic jokes about his deportment of ambuscading people with malefic words of sympathy alongside his sly smile to lure them into his subterfuge. Well enough for the pleasantries (actually, its not), time for the dirt (as if). Hehehehe...

One day, this guy came into a full house room filled with good intentions; nevertheless, he always have this impromptu act and thoughts. One of his friends was having a snack and he walked-in and hovered. He started off with casual remarks; and after a moment or two,

Can I have a bite or two of those?” he asked innocently;

“Yeah sure, there you go!” the guy irksomely gave him the snack with a fake smile.

Later, he asked the guy whether he have those snacks MORE and this guy thought to himself “To Cheat or Not To Cheat” because this is not he first time he has done something like this. The guy spontaneously responded in a way to protect his stockpile;

Oh, sorry. I don't have anymore left. I just bought ONE only at the convenience shop.” He said apologetically though he's not, just try to preserved his tidbits from the 'predator'.

Oh! that's okay.” he replied freely without knowing the annoyance the caused.

Well, if truth to be told, there is actually stocked of assorted snacks in his compartment that he refused to share with that guy considering his vexatious deportment. This story tells us about why we sometimes need to cheat people or our friends in order to protect our importance. Well, if this happen once in a while its okay; but if it happened frequently then its utterly bothersome and vexed.

So, cheat conveniently guys!!! not that we promote cheating...

International: The Malay Chronicles: Bloodlines (Hikayat Merong Mahawangsa)

salam..
I've been watching
The Malay Chronicles: Bloodlines (Hikayat Merong Mahawangsa)
with all my BCE friends..

BEFORE:( I read the synopsis)

Based loosely on the 16th century historical document entitled ‘The Malay Annals’, ’The Chronicles of Merong Mahawangsa’ is an action-packed epic feature film, with mythical characters, magical moments and dazzling visual-effects sequences. Merong Mahawangsa was a descendant of Alexander the Great, a renowned naval captain and traveler who came to Asia several hundred years ago.
The year is 120 AD… a time when the Roman Empire is at the height of its power, during the reign of Hadrian – one of the Five Good Emperors. Meanwhile in China, the Han Dynasty is firmly cemented as the ruling empire and is expanding into Central Asia… one hundred years before the period of the Three Kingdoms. As the Roman fleet did their repairs and traded in Goa, they asked Merong Mahawangsa to escort a Roman prince to Southeast Asia, to wed a beautiful Chinese princess from the Han Dynasty. The Chinese princess and the Roman prince are supposed to meet halfway and be married on neutral grounds.
However, the pirate nation of Geruda had other plans. They decided to kidnap the Chinese princess and use her as ransom. En route to the Straits of Melaka, Merong Mahawangsa’s fleet was attacked by Geruda’s forces while stopping at a small island to replenish supplies.

After..

The main actor, Stephen Rahman-Hughes as Merong Mahawangsa is praiseworthy, but when his dialogs keep changing from Malay to English, it’s distracting my attention throughout the movie. At one point, the dialog between Merong Mahawangsa and Prince Marcus (Gavin Stenhouse) on the ship, while fighting are so gayish, I almost half expecting that they will kiss each other. haha.. Marcus and Lycius (Hendrik Norman) dialogs are mostly stiff and confined by the script.

The antagonist character, Kamawas, played by Khir Rahman excelled in his deliverance of the evil sense of being. The characters of the Chinese Princess (Jing Lu) and Ying Ying (Nell Ng) are injecting humor in the film. Embok, played by Ummi Nazeera also added a little bit of color to the film. Even though Hikayat Merong Mahawangsa is an epic film, it doesn’t need to be boring.

List of Actors:
Stephen Rahman Hudges : Merong Mahawangsa
Jing Lu: Meng Li Hua (Chinese Princess)
Gavin Rees StenHouse : Marcus (Roman Prince)

How to lose weight :)

Both men and women want to lose weight..
right??
But I think women is more aggressive of desperate to lose weight because women have more options in clothing style, are more conscious of how they look and gain self-esteem plus confidence from their appearance.
Try this easy ways to lose weight!

  • cut down on the junk foods (not completely), stop eating out and drink less sugary drinks, including the diet kinds.
  • Eat more fresh wholesome foods and whole grain products. It's simply the best and loaded with the essential fiber to keep you satisfied longer. The simple rule is, try to get in 2 serves of fruits and 5 serves of veggies a day.
  • Eat 6 healthy mini meals a day to keep your stomach satisfied. The key here is eat in controlled portions and never go for that second serve or a super size meal. Stick to the 1 plate rule to keep your calorie intake at bay.
  • No matter what you've eaten, take note of how your body feels after a meal, rather than how you think you should feel. If you're still hungry later in the day, treat yourself to a piece of sweet in season fruit rather than a sugar filled snack or dessert. Then go ahead and pat yourself on the back.
  • Food is not the enemy. Food powers your brain and your muscles; without it, you'll lose your energy soon. If you missed a midday meal, eat a piece of fresh fruit or a handful of whole wheat crackers before you head for the gym.
  • Ensure that you drink 8 to 10 glasses of water every day. Don’t substitute for juice. Your body should always be hydrated. Your kidneys will thank you as it can easily flush out the waste. With adequate water intake your body will be able to metabolize fat more effectively.  And if you have a glass of water 10-15 minutes prior to your meal, you will feel full once you start eating.
  • How many of us slip chips and chocolate into our trolley for emergencies? It's vital to stop buying junk if you want to stop eating junk! Be strong and avoid purchasing extra snacks. You'll notice that both your grocery bill and snacking habits will start decreasing. If the foods aren't there, you can't eat them!
  • Do you favorite exercise.. believe me.. your can lose your weight if you do your favorite exercise everyday!
  • Use your lunch break wisely - spend half your lunch break walking. Taking a midday walk or a run can boost your energy, and reduce stress. Best yet, it gives you more time after work with family or friends.

Now, that is fabulous way to lose weight...!!!!

Wow Feez hope you are blessed with a blissful life by Allah S.W.T for the rest of your life and “dipanjangkan umur” to enjoy your life as well as devote yourself to HIM.
